Since starting my career in 2012, I’ve come to see each client as a canvas with a story to tell. CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100%. If you are sick, please reschedule; the cancellation policy still applies, with exceptions made at the discretion of Hermosa Hair Studio. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late will need to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee. Appointments are non-transferable and cannot be swapped with another person. Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy; clients are responsible for managing their scheduled appointments. A valid credit card is required to book. By booking, you agree to these policies.
