CANCELLATION POLICY
*If you are sick reschedule* Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. This means clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. (Swapping appointments without my knowledge is not allowed) I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Therefore, appointments are confirmed 72 and 24 hours in advance. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply (50%). A credit card is required when booking appointments. Appointments that are 15 minutes late must reschedule. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
